Aluminium Sand Casting

We manufacture high quality aluminium sand castings up to 350kg in weight, producing over 1,500 tonnes of quality aluminium sand castings every year.

Because up to 80% of the moulding sand we use is reclaimed, sand casting is a highly efficient and cost-effective process. More on Aluminium Casting.

Foundry Capabilities

Our facilities allow us to produce sand castings for a diverse range of industries all over the world. Our foundry capabilities include pattern making, core making, melting, finishing, heat treatment, testing & inspection and machining
